Dear Sir:
Having been employed by the Sarah O. Lawrence Revocable Trust dated April 21, 2023, we solicit bids on 123+/- clear-cut acres and 46+/- select-cut SMZ acres as shown on the attached map, located in Warren County, North Carolina.
We have made a 10% estimate of the pulpwood size trees to be harvested. Our estimate of their volume is:
